2’ - Earthrise x BUPA - 2025

Following spinal cord damage that left her paralysed on her left side, Alice Sainsbury sets out to walk the Cornish Celtic Way.

Slower Steps documents this pilgrimage to slowness as part of Planet Health Stories, a series in collaboration with BUPA exploring the inseparable bond between human and planetary health.

Through 125 miles of endurance, Alice surrenders to nature and learns to trust her body again.

Shot on a combination of digital and hand-processed 16mm using Cornish seawater.
